To get a first and immediate grasp of the nature of change from physical business to digital business, a CEO can discuss with his CIO about some products which have been supplied to his enterprise since 20 years and called by IT professionals "IT Management Best Practices".

The most successful of these products are products such as ITIL® produced by the Cabinet Office (UK) and Cobit® produced by ISACA (USA).

Twenty years ago, these products were genuine books published under copyright.

Today, they have emerged into complex professional services which integrate know-how authoring, copyright license, professional education, certification services, business relationships services...

To highlight the transformation of the related business models, VISOR (Value, Interface, Service, Organization, Revenue), a framework explored by Pr. Omar A. El Sawy (University of Southern California, USA) et Francis Peirera (University of Southern California, USA) might be useful [1].
